1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with CropManage, creating a farm, or using our agricultural database interfaces, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Multi-Tenant Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your tenant profile. Our software restricts database accesses based on your login credentials. You agree not to attempt to bypass isolation filters or retrieve data belonging to other growers.

3. Data Seeding & lookup tables

We auto-seed default categories (e.g., standard crop stages and operations) upon your first farm creation. These lookups are user-scoped, and you retain complete rights to modify, add, or disable these lookup parameters.

4. API Scoping & MCP usage

Your API keys and Model Context Protocol tokens grant permissions to read and query telemetry. You agree to use these tokens responsibly and keep them private.

5. Limitations of Liability

CropManage is an operational record-keeping app and does not guarantee yield results or crop health outcomes. Decisions based on scouting observations and AI advice are made at your own risk.
